Pardalia is a small home cattery concentrating on healthy bengals with purry temperaments. Also focusing on keeping wild type with tri-colour rosetting and high glitter. Imported UK and local bloodlines. We are located in the Blue Mountains between Katoomba and Blackheath.
I have always loved the big cats and had 2 Siamese cats while growing up. When I moved over to England I missed having a cat around. So when I saw this little leopard on a website I decide I needed to have one no matter what the cost. When I bought my first Bengal (Glitterglam Bicardi Breeze) he was show/breeding quality. I tentatively started showing him as I had never shown an animal before. In his first show with the Ocicat and Bengal Cat Club he was up against 200 other bengals. He received a trophy for best snow kitten, best in breed for kittens and nominated for best in show. After that effort a lot of people asked me if I was going to breed him and it got me thinking. Unfortunately I was renting a flat at the time so I had to neuter him, but the idea of breeding stuck. So a year later I bought another Bengal, this time a little girl (Llandar Evita) who I specifically bought for breeding though I occasionally show her. When I decided to move back to Australia I brought them with me and I started breeding the beautiful Bengal.
